Laura and her team are without a doubt the greatest and most trustworthy care for your pet! I absolutely love the pictures and after visit updates they give. The customer service is always immaculate and they really pay close attention to detail and work to develop a relationship with your pet rather than seeing it as a job. My pup is always excited to see them and I know she has a great time so I never have to worry when I’m working.

Luckily, this team has made the transition easy and establishing care for my pups was a simple and comforting process! I found prefurred pets on instagram and looked into their site. My older dog is just not tolerating going to a boarding facility anymore and would rather be in the comfort of her home. I also had 2 kittens (rescued and one was leaving for his home shortly after). I got a meet and greet set up and it went great, they took amazing attention to detail and asked great questions about my animals. Erin and Amber gave great updates after their visitors and took great pictures which made me feel that both my dog and kittens were in great hands!
